I’d like to congratulate myself for being alive for 18 years , you did good kid avoiding death and not cool things like doing drugs / being expelled from school etc . Am I satisfied with who I’ve grown up to be ? Well I can’t say satisfied because there are things I still need to work on and mad skills I need to develop haha . but what I can say is , I feel enough . Through the moments I’ve lived , people I’ve got to know , let it be in real life or not , they have given me enough to reassure me that life is always good.
Things I’ve learned along the way
- Its okay to have nights where you feel like you’re losing yourself because there will be mornings where even having the breeze kiss your cheeks fills you with so much joy .
- Change and feelings are inevitable so never try to dismiss them , accept it .
- Don’t say things you don’t mean , it will always end up hurting you or someone else .
- Fake plants are not worth it .
- You are your own best company .
